Matrix Providers is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families at the 460th Medical Group located at Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora, CO.

- Role: Conduct comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to clients utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Compensation: $149,760 salary + $5,000 Sign on Bonus
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- No nights, no weekends

Clinical Psychologist Core Job Duties
- Clinical Assessment and Treatment:
- Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders.
- Conduct psychological evaluations utilizing information from clinical interviews, psychological testing, and collateral sources, as appropriate.
- Provide psychological treatment for individuals and groups; help medical and surgical patients deal with illnesses or injuries.
- Assist in the rehabilitation of patients.
- Demonstrated proficiency in delivering evidence-based treatment modalities, including but not limited to Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and/or Written Exposure Therapy.
- Practice within the guidelines of their state licensing board, American Psychological Association Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct, and MTF privileges.
- Maintain accurate and current notes in both the Mental Health records of all patients seen, as appropriate, and produce reports of evaluation and/or treatment, as required.
- Psychiatric Diagnosis and Evaluation Specialist:
- Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders.
- Conduct more comprehensive psychological evaluations to address complex diagnostic and treatment issues.
Qualifications for Clinical Psychologist Position:
- Degree: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Education: Graduate from an American Psychology Association-accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
- Internship/Residency: Successful completion of an internship in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.
- Experience: 2 years of professional experience working in an outpatient mental health clinic.
- Experience delivering one or more of the following evidence-based treatment modalities: Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and/or Written Exposure Therapy.
- Licensure: Current, complete, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.
